Wife, mom of two, full time executive, podcaster, speaker, author, growth coach, health and fitness enthusiast, 2b Mindset certified mentor and on a mission to live my most vibrant life.
I am passionate about helping busy women feel and look at their best.
I am personally going through perimenopause. Last year I started to feel different. My energy started to drift, I was not feeling myself, I hit a plateau and gained weight and all of that really through me off.
As a result, I decided to take charge of my health and well-being. I began researching and experimenting with different strategies to navigate through this new phase in my life. I discovered the power of nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, and self-care in managing the symptoms of perimenopause.
I realized that I was not alone in this journey. Many women in similar stages of life were facing similar challenges. This realization fueled my determination to share my experiences and knowledge with others.
Becoming a 2b Mindset certified mentor allowed me to dive deeper into the world of nutrition and its impact on our bodies. I learned how to make simple yet effective changes to my diet that not only helped me manage my weight but also boosted my energy levels and overall well-being.
