Hi I am Carolina!

Wife, mom of two, full time executive, podcaster, speaker, author, growth ​coach, health and fitness enthusiast, 2b Mindset certified mentor and on ​a mission to live my most vibrant life.


I am passionate about helping busy women feel and look at their best.


I am personally going through perimenopause. Last year I started to feel ​different. My energy started to drift, I was not feeling myself, I hit a ​plateau and gained weight and all of that really through me off.


As a result, I decided to take charge of my health and well-being. I began ​researching and experimenting with different strategies to navigate ​through this new phase in my life. I discovered the power of nutrition, ​exercise, mindfulness, and self-care in managing the symptoms of ​perimenopause.


I realized that I was not alone in this journey. Many women in similar ​stages of life were facing similar challenges. This realization fueled my ​determination to share my experiences and knowledge with others.


Becoming a 2b Mindset certified mentor allowed me to dive deeper into ​the world of nutrition and its impact on our bodies. I learned how to make ​simple yet effective changes to my diet that not only helped me manage ​my weight but also boosted my energy levels and overall well-being.


As a growth coach, I am dedicated to helping women unlock their full ​potential and live their most vibrant lives. I believe that by prioritizing self-​care, setting boundaries, and embracing personal growth, we can ​navigate through any challenges that come our way.


My journey through perimenopause has taught me the importance of ​listening to my body, honoring its needs, and being kind to myself. I am ​committed to empowering women to prioritize their health and well-​being, so they can thrive in every aspect of their lives.
